RC Events India Pvt. Ltd. began in 2001 as part of the Chhajer Group, with a simple conviction: a celebration is not a set of vendors assembled on a date. It is a composition — of ritual, family, light, sound and hospitality — and it deserves an author.
Over twenty-three years we have curated more than fourteen hundred events across twelve cities: palace weddings in Rajasthan, beach-front mandaps in Goa, listed-company galas in Ahmedabad and Mumbai, and intimate anniversaries for families who wanted no photographs at all.
Our team stays deliberately small and senior. The person who presents your design is the person standing in the wings on the night.

Luxury is editing. We remove until only what belongs remains, then make that one thing extraordinary.
The family is the brief
Rituals, elders, superstitions, the cousin who must sing — these shape the design before any colour does.
Production discipline
Drawings, load-in schedules, rehearsals, vendor contracts. Romance on stage; engineering behind it.
Presence on the day
Senior leadership on site from first truck to final exit. Never delegated, never absent.

We begin with the family, not the floorplan — the rituals that matter, the relatives who must be honoured, the feeling you want the evening to leave behind.
Compose
Mood boards, 3D stage renders, colour scripts and a day-by-day design narrative, presented until every element sits right.
Produce
Vendors contracted, drawings issued, load-in scheduled, rehearsals run. The build happens on paper long before it happens on site.
Host
On event days our team runs a silent, timed operation so the family are guests at their own celebration — nothing to manage, nothing to chase.
